Incredible little shop in the North Bay (I drive from SF). As an ex-client of New DImensions in SJ, I have high expectations for my mechanics. Adam Kovacs is awesome. The operation is built around the customer. Adam will watch your car for known issues from oil change to oil change and analyze problems using techniques he learned while studying in Germany and working at a HUGE VW dealership in the No. Bay. Adam knows his business and is a very honorable guy. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could!

Auto Knight
These guys are probably the most knowleadgeable on VWs and Audis anywhere. They are bit pricey, but they know their stuff. The garage is clean and very professional. Very trustworthy

A Rare Find
It is very difficult to find an honest and competent mechanic. Adam and his crew are both. On a couple of different occasions, they demonstrated integrity and went out of their way to save me money. I definitely recommend them.

My New Audi
I wanted to thank Adam and John for all their help in helping me choose a beautiful and well taken care of AUDI.I had been shopping around for about 4 months, and I found it was very difficult to trust people and find the car I was looking for. When I went to see Adam in San Rafael, I noticed that he had a true passion for European cars. Not only was he very knowledgeable, he was very friendly, honest and courteous. When we closed the deal, John was extremely helpful with all of the paperwork. Thank you very much for making the process easy and for making a customer extremely happy!
